A closer look...
November 2011- Wisconsin had the second highest job loss
July - December nationwide, nearly 855,000 jobs were created, in Wisconsin about 17,339 jobs were lost.
Since Jan 2011 Wisconsin has lost private sector jobs for several consecutive months.
Wisconsin had the highest percentage decline in employment in year 2011.
Figures released May 18 again showed Wisconsin ranks last in job creation April 2011-April 2012 with 21,400 jobs lost as depicted in columns 1 & 4 of the link http://www.bls.gov/news.release/laus.t05.htm
